The second concert concluding the Ad Gloriam scholarship programme took place on 12 December at the Basilica of Santa Maria in Aracoeli in Rome, ceremonially bringing the Holy Year to a close. Under the direction of Artistic Director and conductor Marek Štryncl, works by J. I. Linka, J. D. Zelenka, A. Reichenauer, F. Brixi, J. A. Benda, and A. Vivaldi were performed. The scholarship holders of the Magdalena Kožená Foundation, together with pupils and teachers of primary art schools and the programme’s tutors, offered the audience both joy and a festive musical experience.
